The Lead: The Emerson Lions Baseball team fell to the Suffolk Rams 20-2 on Monday afternoon at East Boston Memorial Stadium.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• The Suffolk Rams scored in every inning of this 7-inning game except for the fourth inning. The Rams scored more than one run in every inning they scored.
• A 3-run homerun for Harry Painter in the bottom of the second inning and a 6-run inning in the bottom of the fifth inning is what helped the Rams outscore the Lions 20-2.
• The Lions offense came by way of a solo homerun from Thai Morgan and an RBI single by Charlie Coors.
• The Lions look to shift their focus back to NEWMAC competition as they head to Springfield on Tuesday afternoon.
