Vision
It is the vision of the Emerson College Sports Performance Department to conduct programs that positively impact the quality of life for all those who participate. It is the vision of this department to foster productive and meaningful professional relationships with administrators, professors, coaches, and sports medicine personnel that lead to the maximal development of student-athletes academically, athletically, and socially.

Mission
It is our mission to maximize student-athletes' athletic performance while reducing risk of injury. We accomplish this through the implementation of scientifically-proven principles of strength and conditioning which include ground-based, multi-joint, and multi-directional movement patterns. It is also our goal to create a positive, energetic, and encouraging training environment that is conducive to the all-around development of student-athletes.
