BOSTON, Mass. (June 17, 2026) – The Emerson College women's lacrosse program placed ten of its student-athletes on the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Academic All-Conference Team for their efforts in the classroom the Conference announced.
Senior goalkeepers Ellie Spotts and Lindsey Wettstein lead the list of Emerson student-athletes named to the women's lacrosse All-Academic teams as three-time honorees. Junior midfielder Ava DelliCompagni has added her second Academic All-Conference honor after being named to the NEWMAC All-Conference second team this spring.
The NEWMAC named a total of 112 women's lacrosse student-athletes to its Academic All-Conference team. Honorees must have earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2026 spring semester, achieved second year academic status at their institution, and been a member of the varsity team for the entire season.

Emerson closed out its 2026 season with a 4-13 record overall with DelliCompagni earning the Lions first All-NEWMAC selection since 2017 with her spot on the second team.
