BOSTON, Mass. (June 11, 2026) – The Emerson College men's tennis program placed five of its student-athletes on the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Academic All-Conference Team for their efforts in the classroom the Conference announced.
Senior captain Noah Mesaros leads the list of Emerson student-athletes by earning NEWMAC Academic All-Conference honors for the third-straight year. Junior Filippo Nocchi and sophomore Connor Leung join Mesaros on the Academic All-Conference team after earning All-NEWMAC honors this spring as well.
The NEWMAC named a total of 37 men's tennis student-athletes to its Academic All-Conference team. Honorees must have earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5/4.0 scale or 4.35/5.0 scale after the 2026 spring semester, achieved second year academic status at their institution, and been a member of the varsity team for the entire season.

Emerson capped its 2025-26 season with a 9-10 record overall, including a 3-4 mark in Conference play to earn a spot in the NEWMAC Tournament for the first time since joining the Conference in 2013. Nocchi earned All-NEWMAC honors for both singles and doubles play, with Leung collecting All-Conference honors for doubles.
