HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Babson led this game wire-to-wire against Emerson, setting the tone by scoring 11 goals in the first 15 minutes of play.
• Babson was able to keep the Lions off the board through the first three quarters. After scoring 11 goals in the first, they scored 4 goals in the second quarter, 3 goals in the third, and 4 more goals in the fourth.
• The Lions were able to get on the board with 10:29 remaining in the game when Lauren Longstreet found the back of the net for Emerson.
• Babson would go on to win by a score of 22-1 on Wednesday evening.
