- For the first 15 minutes of the game, the Lions and Blue traded goals.
 
- Mark, Windsor, and Tomski each scored one goal to give the Lions a 3-2 lead.
 
- Wellesley went on a 5-0 run before the Lions grabbed one back, through Windsor, bringing the score to 7-4.
 
- After a goal by the Blue, Mark and Windsor scored back to back goals, bringing the Lions deficit to two.
 
- Wellesley closed the game on a four goal run, bringing the finals core to 12-6.
