- Babson grabbed an early lead and continued to build on it, putting the Lions in a 6-0 hole with 15 minutes remaining in the first half.
- Emerson grabbed the next two, with goals by Tara Windsor (Palm City, Fla.) and Tomsky to cut the lead to four.
- The Beavers closed the half on a 4-1 run to give Babson a 10-3 lead at half.
- Sophia Gripari scored off of the draw control to grab one back for the Lions, just 13 seconds into the second half.
- Babson rattled off four goals before a goal by Tomsky stopped the run with her second goal of the game.
- The Beavers closed the game on a 5-1 run, ending the game with a score of 19-6.
