BOSTON, Mass. (March 9, 2026) – Emerson College first year Teah Login has been named the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Singles Athlete of the Week for women's tennis, presented by SKYBOKX 109 Bar & Grill in Natick, Massachusetts, the Conference announced today.
Login capped Emerson's 4-3 comeback victory over University of Wisconsin-Superior on Sunday in which the Lions not only won four of six singles matches but rallied from a set down in two matches to secure their second-straight win to open the spring schedule. Login sealed the comeback win by battling back from a set down to secure a 5-7, 6-4, 10-5 win at No. 1 singles against Wisconsin-Superior junior Claudia Curtis.
Emerson (3-2, 0-1 NEWMAC) is back in action today when it continues its spring break trip against Albion College at the United States Tennis Association (USTA) National Campus in Kissimmee, Florida.
