HOW IT HAPPENED

9": Donahue sent the ball back into the play, only to have Delbanco swoop in and snag it. Delbanco crossed his pass behind the defender and found Rich open inside the right post, who then rolled the ball into the left side to give Emerson the 1-0 lead.

31": Emerson was able to hold their tight one-goal lead over the next 22 minutes before Regis got themselves in the mix. From the top of the box, Frankel fired in the Prides' first goal that just grazed the top of Mueller's fingertips to lock the score at 1-all.

53": Rich's throw in made into a crowded group in front of the net as the ball found the head of Donovan. Donovan beat Donahue and headed the ball into the top right to bump the Lions ahead, 2-1.

77": Just past midfield, Rich sent a pass up to Moulinos, who was all alone in the box. Moulinos carried the ball to the right side and beat Donahue as the shot landed in the bottom left corner to lift Emerson to the two-goal 3-1 lead.

83": With seven minutes left in regulation, Emerson put in their fourth and final goal to extend the margin to 4-1. Off Ragsdale's corner kick, Bushara fired in a shot that bounced just off Weidemann's hands in net and dinged the right post.
