HOW IT HAPPENED
10": Ten minutes into the opening half, Dziejma beat Antoch and sent his first goal of the season into the right side of the net to put Emerson on top, 1-0.
- Over the next 50 minutes of play, neither team was able to find the back of the net with Emerson being able to hold on to its slim 1-0 lead.
60": Emerson doubled its advantage when Deeming flicked a pass with his heel up to Mejia, who found the back of a wide open net with the Lions up 2-0.
70": The Lions got a much needed insurance net at the 70th minute mark when Suvak finished a feed from Chuaqui that landed in the bottom right post that sealed the 3-0 victory.
