Women's Tennis Brings Win Streak To Three Against DeSales

The Emerson Women's Tennis team got their third win in a row, and second in a row in Florida with a victory over the DeSales University Bulldogs on Tuesday. Emerson swept the Doubles matches, with the combination of Alisha Parikh and Rachel Scalera giving Emerson the first win 8-6.  Annie Woodbury and Eliana Flores-Barber won their match 6-3.  Sabrina Jacobs and Mackenzie Swaney closed out their match 8-7, giving Emerson the sweep in doubles.

The Lions won five of six singles matches, with Parikh, Jacobs, Woodbury, FLores-Baber, and Thea Nagle coming away with victories.  The Lions victories in singles gave them an 8-1 finish and victory over the Bulldogs.

 

Emerson is back in action on Wednesday for the third straight day, taking on Alvernia starting at 8:00am.
