The Emerson Women's Tennis Team fell against the Eastern Nazrene Lions 7-2 in QUincy, Mass. on saturday.  Alex Weingarten and Thea Nagle both won their singles matches.  Weingarten was forced to a tough matchup in the second set, winning 7-5 after winning the first set 6-2.  Thea Nalge was consistent in her victory, winning 6-2, 6-2.  

The Lions fought hard in all of their doubles matches, with Rachel Scalera and Eliana Flores-Barber falling 8-4 to Adele Duval and Emily Ruttkowski.  Cassia Burns and Mackenzie Swaney fell 8-5 to Veroniza Jimenez and Annelise Sherrill.  

The team will pick back up on Friday, when they take on Bridgewater St. starting at 3:30PM at St. John's Prep in Danvers, Mass.
