HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Regis captured the first set 25-22 to seize a 1-0 edge.
- The Pride eked out a 26-24 win in the second frame to double its lead to 2-0.
- The hosts cruised to a 25-15 decision in the third to clinch the sweep.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Chase Fagen (Rye, N.Y.) racked up a match-high 17 kills while adding five digs.
- Theo Hackett (Portland, Maine) posted eight kills and Stanley Yu (Shanghai, China) chipped in with four kills.
- Bryson Beck (Fresno, Calif.) registered 26 assists and two service aces.
