BABSON PARK, Mass.- The Emerson College women's lacrosse team endured a 27-6 loss at Babson Saturday afternoon. The Beavers entered Saturday's contest ranked No. 14 in the latest IWLCA National Poll.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Babson established an 11-2 lead after the opening quarter.
- The Beavers netted seven goals in the second period to hold an 18-2 halftime advantage.
- Babson edged Emerson 5-3 in third-quarter scoring to widen the margin to 23-5.
- The Beavers outscored the Lions 4-1 in the fourth to seal their 21st-straight league victory.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Laina Gustafson (Cross Plains, Wisc.) finished with two goals and one assist to go with a team-high three draw controls.
- Callie Krosin (Pikesville, Md.) tallied one goal and one assist.
- Ava DelliCompagni (Coatesville, Pa.), Stella Huberlie (Canandaigua, N.Y.), and Ava Selby (Boonsboro, Md.) all chipped in with one goal.
- Between the posts, Ellie Spotts (Corona Del Mar, Calif.) registered six saves and Lindsey Wettstein (South Hempstead, N.Y.) recorded three saves in relief action.
