CHICOPEE, Mass.- The Emerson College men's volleyball team dropped a 3-1 decision at Elms Thursday evening in Great Northeast Athletic Conference action.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Elms claimed a 25-20 win in the first set to grab a 1-0 lead.
- The Blazers triumphed 25-21 in the second frame to double their advantage to 2-0.
- Emerson captured the third 25-19 to cut the deficit to 2-1.
- Elms bounced back to cruise to a 25-16 decision in the fourth set to lock up its second conference victory.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Theo Hackett (Portland, Maine) finished with a match-best 13 kills to go with eight digs.
- Bryson Beck (Fresno, Calif.) notched 30 assists, eight kills, and seven digs.
- Chase Fagen (Rye, N.Y.) added 12 digs and six kills while Liam Higgins (Redwood City, Calif.) also chipped in with six kills.
- Semaj Byrd (Rockledge, Fla.) collected 10 digs on the night.
