BRUNSWICK, Maine- The Emerson College men's basketball team dropped a 71-60 decision at Bowdoin Friday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Bowdoin sported a 46-27 advantage at the halftime intermission.
- Despite the Lions outscoring the Polar Bears 33-25 in the second stanza, the hosts collected their third-straight victory and improved to 5-0 on their home floor.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Trevor Arico (Saline, Mich.) netted a team-high 19 points.
- Jacob Armant (Arlington, Texas) tallied 18 points.
- Linun Helmhold (Krefeld, Germany) added seven points and six rebounds.
- Emerson finished with a field-goal percentage of 36.5% and connected on 8-of-18 from three-point range.
- Bowdoin shot 48.1% from the floor and 30.8% from behind the arc on the afternoon.
- Ray Cuevas led the Polar Bears' balanced offense with 13 points while James McGowan chipped in with nine points.
