BOSTON, Mass.- The Emerson College men's basketball team rolled to a 105-63 victory over Coast Guard Wednesday evening at the Hank Smith Court.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Emerson constructed an early double-digit lead, 19-8, with 13:22 remaining in the first half as Jacob Armant (Arlington, Texas) splashed a trey.
- The Lions closed out the opening period with a 13-0 run to boast a 60-26 advantage at the intermission.
- The home side eclipsed the 100-point plateau for the second time this season with 2:38 left to play in regulation on a three-pointer by Roman Leraris (San Francisco, Calif.), 101-58.
- Emerson extended the margin to 46 points with 1:23 on the clock as Jeff Tan (Beijing, China) banked in a layup, 105-59.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Linus Helmhold (Krefeld, Germany) poured in a game-high 22 points while also grabbing nine boards.
- Trevor Arico (Saline, Mich.) finished with 16 points while Jacob Armant (Arlington, Texas) netted 13 points.
- Shay Roban (Long Island, N.Y.) and Caden Zurek (Gilbert, Ariz.) both tallied 12 points off the bench.
- Emerson shot 58.9% from the floor and 48% from the perimeter on the night.
- Coast Guard concluded the contest with a field-goal percentage of 35.7% and connected on just 3-of-15 from three-point range.
- Luke Farrell and Adryan Herron each scored 10 points to lead the Bears offensively.
