BOSTON, Mass.- The Emerson College men's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to nationally-ranked Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Tuesday evening in the first home match of the 2025 campaign. The Engineers entered the non-conference contest ranked No. 17 in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) National Poll.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The visitors cruised to a 25-11 win in the opening set to claim a 1-0 edge.
- MIT rolled past Emerson 25-9 in the second frame to extend its advantage to 2-0.
- The Engineers posted a 25-17 decision in the third to secure their fourth sweep of the year and remain undefeated.
