HOW IT HAPPENEDÂ
- The Lions struggled from the field on Saturday afternoon as they only shot 37%, including only converting 7 of 23 attempts from three-point land. Brendan McNamara led the Lions with 12 points and 3 assists while Sam Ndu chipped in 9 points in 13 minutes and Lucas Brenner scored 8 points.
- The Lions struggled in the first half, only scoring 17-points while Clark was able to score 45 and create a comfortable lead going into halftime.
- The Lions out-scored Clark in the second half by a score of 45-42, but the lead the Cougars built in the first 20 minutes was enough for them to secure a 25-point victory.
