BOSTON, Mass.- The Emerson College women's basketball team cruised to an 85-66 win over Regis Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- After Regis opened the contest with a bucket, Emerson rattled off a 16-0 run to claim a 16-2 lead.
- The Lions sported a 27-11 advantage after the first quarter of play.
- Regis outscored Emerson 14-10 in the second frame as the home side owned a 37-25 lead at the half.
- The Lions poured in 26 points in the third period while the Pride managed 16 points as Emerson held a 63-41 advantage.
- Emerson stretched the margin to 25 with 9:44 left to play in regulation, 66-41, on a three-point play by Elise Arnold (Los Angeles, Calif.).
- The visitors finished with a 25-22 edge in fourth-quarter scoring as the hosts locked up their second-consecutive win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Bri Frongillo (Hopedale, Mass.) racked up 20 points, 10 assists, and nine rebounds.
- Kendra Dodd (Tampa, Fla.) tallied 15 points, draining five treys on the afternoon.
- Charlotte Levison (Atherton, Calif.) posted 13 points, five boards, and four assists.
- Elise Arnold (Los Angeles, Calif.) poured in 12 points off the bench while Claire English (Winchester, Mass.) added 10 points and seven rebounds.
- Emerson shot 51.5% from the floor and connected on 10-of-20 from beyond the arc.
- Regis finished with a field-goal percentage of 34.3% while knocking down 6-of-19 from three-point range.
- Jordyn Striggles paced the Pride with 17 points and Courtney Doherty chipped in with 14 points.
