The Lead: Despite a strong performance on the day from Neiko Pittman, the Emerson Men's Volleyball team dropped two matches to Eastern Nazarene and Kean University on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Eastern Nazarene captured the first set 25-19 to snag a 1-0 lead.
• Eastern Nazarene prevailed 25-20 in the second frame to extend its advantage to 2-0.
• Eastern Nazarene edged Emerson 25-23 in the third to snap a three-match skid.
• Neiko Pittman paced the Lions with nine kills and four blocks while Bayden Slavik dished out 14 assists.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Emerson captured the first set 25-22 to jump out to a 1-0 lead.
• Kean answered in the second set winning 25-22 tying the match at 1-1
• Kean edged Emerson in the third set 25-23 taking the 2-1 lead.
• Kean would go on to win three consecutive sets as they won set four by a score of 25-20 giving them a 3-1 victory.
• Neiko Pittman led all Lions with 14 kills while adding 6 digs. Bryson Beck also added 9 digs for the Lions
