HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both teams had opportunities to score in the first half, but both defenses held strong. Babson had a goal opportunity in the 20" as Ross Shellow's penalty kick was turned away by Emerson's Jacob Ramer- keeping the score tied at 0-0.
75" Babson struck first late in the 2nd half when Mitchell Collins floated a shot from the top of the box into the top left corner of the net-putting the Beavers up 1-0
79": Babson tacked on an insurance goal four minutes later when RJ Parrilla found the back of the net on a pass from Jack Dugan making the score 2-0.
