HOW IT HAPPENED

25" Emerson struck first as Ben Deeming directed a pass to Biewald, who clipped the ball off the crossbar and in for a 1-0 Lions score

36": Springfield answered back to tie when Thomas Sojka found the back of the net off of an assist from Ethan Boileau

41": Jack Rosenberg put Springfield ahead 2-1 off of an assist from Derick Arhin.

59": Early in the second half, Springfield extended their lead as Finn Welch found the back of the net.

63": Welch tacked on his second goal of the contest, extending Springfield's lead to 4-1.

78": Aiden Casinghino capped off a scoring spree of 3 goals in a ten-minute span by netting a penalty kick to put Springfield ahead 7-1.
