Jessie Koffman

Jessie Koffman is entering her seventh season as Head Coach of the Emerson Lions in 2025. Koffman joined Emerson after four years as head coach at Wentworth Institute of Technology.

The 2022 season marked the most successful season in program history as Koffman led the Lions to a 9-7 record. 

Koffman was a Division III collegiate athlete at Curry College where she totaled 121 goals for the Colonels in 39 games over two seasons. She earned First Team All-CCC accolades in 2011.

Koffman began her head coaching career at the high school level in Massachusetts. She was Head Coach at Dedham High School, and helped the team to 17 wins over three seasons.  She led the Marauders to the Massachussetts Interscholastic Athletic Association Tournament for the first time in her final season in 2013.
