WORCESTER, Mass.- The Emerson College men's lacrosse team fell 11-8 at Clark Saturday afternoon in the final contest of the 2025 season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Emerson netted a pair of goals in the opening quarter to claim a 2-0 lead after 15 minutes of play.
- Both squads chalked up two goals in the second period as the visitors sported a 4-2 halftime advantage.
- The Cougars outscored the Lions 5-2 in the third to capture a 7-6 edge heading into the final frame.
- Clark notched four goals in the fourth quarter while limiting Emerson to two goals en route to securing its second conference victory of the year.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Zachary Stern-Hayes (Brunswick, Maine) paced the Lions with three goals.
- Jack Burns (Clarksville, Md.) posted two goals and added one assist.
- Alex Menendez (Naperville, Ill.) and Aeden Kiniry (Westport, Conn.) both finished with one goal and a pair of assists.
- Charlie van Beuren (Portsmouth, R.I.) collected a team-high six ground balls while John Marcone (Oakland, Calif.) registered five ground balls.
- Ethan Corby (Whity, Ontario) racked up 26 saves in his fourth consecutive start between the pipes.
- Emerson concluded the contest with 33 shots while Clark generated 62 shot attempts.
