BOSTON, Mass.- The Emerson College men's volleyball team endured a straight-sets loss at Emmanuel Thursday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Emmanuel posted a 25-16 victory in the opening frame to grab a 1-0 edge.
• The home side doubled its advantage to 2-0 with a 25-17 decision I the second set.
• The Saints topped the Lions 25-21 in the third to clinch their second-consecutive win.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Chase Fagen (Rye, N.Y.) notched a team-high 10 kills while adding seven digs and three blocks.
• Cash Muse (Montauk, N.Y.) finished with eight kills.
• Theo Hackett (Portland, Maine) registered eight digs and three kills.
• Bryson Beck (Fresno, Calif.) chalked up 20 assists, four digs, and one service ace.
• Semaj Byrd (Rockledge, Fla.) recorded a match-best 10 digs and chipped in with five assists.
