SOUTH HADLEY, Mass.- The Emerson College women's soccer team secured a 1-1 tie at Mount Holyoke Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Mount Holyoke jumped ahead 1-0 in the 61st minute as Sage Hudson chalked up her first tally of the season.
- Emerson manufactured the equalizing score in the 87th minute, knotting the match at 1-1. Yoshiko Slater (Laurel, Md.) buried her second goal of the year off of an assist from Marissa Krenn (Pittsburgh, Pa.).
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Maddie Khaw (Portland, Ore.) finished with a team-best six shots while Yoshiko Slater (Laurel, Md.) registered five attempts.
- Senior goalkeeper Amara Schaub (Saratoga, Calif.) posted four saves.
- Emerson racked up 28 shot attempts and five corner kicks on the afternoon.
- Mount Holyoke fired 10 shots and earned one corner kick.
