HOW IT HAPPENED
- This offensive duel saw Curry score in 6 of the 9 frames, including back-to-back 5-run innings in the 5th and 6th. The Colonels had three players drive in 3 RBI each, including a 2-run blast from T Marshall in the top of the 4th inning, which gave Curry an 8-2 lead.
- The Lions chipped away at the Colonels lead in the bottom of the 4th inning, with Robby Posio, Anthony Santosuoso, and Nicholas Favazzo all driving in runs.
- Curry quickly responded in the top of the 5th inning, scoring 5 runs and jumping ahead 13-5.
