The Lead: The Emerson Women's Basketball team was led by 21 points from 
Bri Frongillo while 
Charlotte Levison and 
Kendra Dodd both scored 8 points apiece and 
Olivia Deslauriers scored 7 points and added 2 blocked. Despite their efforts and a late fourth quarter surge from the Lions, Emerson came up short on Wednesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED 
	- The Lions were led by Bri Frongillo with 21 points, also pulling down five rebounds. Kendra Dodd and Charlotte Levison (Atherton, CA) each had eight points, with Levison notching a team-best eight rebounds. Olivia Deslauriers chipped in with seven points and two blocks.
- The teams battled back-and-forth throughout the game, with WPI being able to hold off any Emerson attempt at pulling away.
- WPI was led by Emmy Allyn who scored 21 points to tie for game-high honors, adding six rebounds and two blocks. Adrianna Alice Kelly, and Ava Giansiracusa all added 11 points each in the win, with Niles adding seven rebounds. Caitlyn Dasaro had a game-high tying eight rebounds, while Allison Fullem added seven boards.
- The Lions were able to close WPI's lead to 2-points with :29 seconds left to play but the Engineers were able to convert on four free-throws to keep their lead as they closed out the Lions by a final score of 66-61.
