The Lead:The Emerson Men's Volleyball team was led by Theo Hackett who notched 7 kills while Ramsis De Los Santos anchored the defense, turning away 3 attempts by the Bison but their efforts came up short as the Lions fell to the No. 15 Bison in straight sets on Tuesday evening.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• The Nichols attack was firing on all cylinders on Tuesday night as they tallied a total of 43 kills on 79 attempts and only committed 11 errors for a percentage of .405% for the match. The Lions, on the other hand, only notched 28 kills on 82 attempts and committed 17 errors for a .134% for the match.
• Theo Hackett led the Lions attack with 7 kills while Chase Fagan and Luke Roehm chipped in 5 kills apiece. Ramsis De Los Santos anchored the Lions defense with 3 blocks.
• The Bison were led by Jack Normandin who led the team with 12 blocks and also blocked 3 Emerson attempts.
• The Lions battled in all three sets, but ultimately came up short on Tuesday evening as the No. 15 Bison defeated Emerson in straight sets; 25-18, 25-16, 25-17.
