BOSTON, Mass.- The Emerson College men's basketball team claimed a 77-63 victory over Suffolk Tuesday at the Bobbi Brown & Steven Plofker Gym.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Emerson clung to a slim 32-30 lead at the halftime intermission.
- The Lions outscored the Rams 45-33 in the second stanza to lock up their second-straight win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Jacob Armant (Arlington, Texas) poured in a game-high 22 points.
- Asher Gardiner (Christchurch, New Zealand) and Linus Helmhold (Krefeld, Germany) both scored 12 points.
- Trevor Arico (Saline, Mich.) added 10 points.
- Emerson concluded the contest with a field-goal percentage of 53.1% while sinking 6-of-12 from behind the arc.
- Suffolk shot 39.2% from the floor and 20% from three-point territory.
- Jake Gomez led the Rams with 14 points and eight rebounds while Matt Draheim netted 13 points off the bench.
