The Lead: Junior Ella Bushee tallied a team-high 13 points for the Emerson women's basketball team as the Lions were upended by MIT, 85-42, on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Emerson was held to one point in the first 10 minutes and converted one free throw and headed into the second down 32-1. 
• The offense got back on track within the second frame and connected on 37.% from the field and outscored MIT, 12-10, and went into the break with the score at 42-13. 
• Bushee recorded six points within the third as Emerson shot 30.8% on the hardwood and connected on 75.0% of their free throws as the third quarter wrapped with the Lions down 63-25.
• Hill and Deslauriers tallied a combined eight of Emerso's 17 fourth quarter points as the Lions went 7-for-12 and fell to the Engineers, 85-42.
