The Lead: The Emerson Men's Soccer team battles with Tufts on Saturday afternoon. The game remained scoreless until the final minutes when Tufts was able to break the scoreless tie and ultimately come away with a narrow 1-0 victory over the Lions.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
The game remained locked at 0-0 for nearly the entire game as both goalies stunted the opposing offense. Tufts won the shots battle as they rattled off 23 shots (7 on goal) to the Lions 9 shots (2 on goal)

Tufts broke the scoreless tie with just under two minutes remaining in the match when Daniel Yanez capitalized on an Emerson mistake; netting a goal on a penalty kick. There was not enough time left on the clock for the Lions to net an equalizer as they fell to the Jumbo by a score of 1-0.
