The Lead: Alianna West-Rodrigues found the back of the net in the 64^th minute to break a scoreless tie while Amara Schaub pitched a shutout on Wednesday evening in Worcester as the Lions secured a 1-0 victory over WPI.

HOW IT HAPPENED
1st Half:
-Both teams battled in the first 45 minuets, firing only three shots each and neither side finding the back of the net. Both goalies turned away one shot each in the first half to keep the score at a 0-0 tie going into halftime.

2nd Half:
64" Alianna West-Rodrigues broke the scoreless tie when she found the back of the net on a pass from Gina Lukowski. The Lions claimed a 1-0 lead with just over 15 minutes remaining in the game.
-Amara Schaub mad a crucial save with less than three minutes remaining to keep the Engineers off the board and secure the 1-0 victory for the Lions.
