Tonight the Emerson Lions lost in a close game to Clark, 79-70. The Lions played well, beating out Clark in rebounds and assists but were plagued with 21 costly turnovers. Those turnovers derailed what otherwise would have been a big comeback, as Emerson had been down 30 at halftime. If not for so many mental errors this game could very well have ended in a win for Emerson.

Austin Pinckney had a big night, putting up 18 points and 15 rebounds. He had help from Tyson Hallowell, who had 15 points, and Ryan Clinesmith with another 10.

The Lions play at home next against Coast Guard on February 11th at 7:00pm.
