Bobbi Brown and Steven Plofker Gym

The Emerson College athletic facilities are well maintained and state of the art. The Bobbi Brown and Steven Plofker Gym, which opened in September 2006, includes an NCAA regulation-size basketball court and a complete volleyball system. It is also the location of the main Athletics Offices.

On January 11, 2025, Emerson unveiled the "Hank Smith Court" at the Bobbi Brown & Steven Plofker Gym. The basketball floor was named in honor of former Lions' men's basketball coach Hank Smith who amassed over 250 career wins after leading Emerson from 1994-2010.
