- Emerson gained a quick scoring chance on a shot fired by Cosgrove from inside the 18-yard box within the first minute of play, but was snatched up by Bernstein.
18": Tally Clark collected a crossed pass in the box from Hannah Isenhart and was in the right position to boot a shot on goal. Clark's goal bounced off the left post and found Reed, who put in the game's first goal.
22": Emerson faced a two-goal deficit after Reed found the back of the net for her second goal of the contest. Troccoli passed the ball off to the middle to find Reed crashing towards the goal and fired a shot off her left foot that beat Rose.
90": With three seconds remaining in regulation, Wallach was forced to take a shot as the clock wound down and found the back of the net just above Rose's head.
