Weekly Preview: Women's Lacrosse Travels To Lasell For First Away Game

LIONS LEADERS

  • Elizabeth Fretz (Falls Church, Va.) sits at number three in the NEWMAC in save percentage, making a save on 43.5% of shots faced.
  • Kelli Mark (Hermosa Beach, Calif.) leads the Lions with two goals score.  First-year player Julia Mallon (Katonah, N.Y.) scored one goal and assisted on another in the Lions' first game.
  • Mark has put 87.5% of her shots on target (7-8).

SCOUTING THE LASERS

  • Lasell enters the game with a 4-1 record overall and are 1-0 in the GNAC.
  • Jordan McComb leads the lasers having scored 22 goals in their five games.  Amanda DiLeon and Vanessa Pino are the only other two players in double figures with goals scored, having 12 and 10 respectively.
  • Pino leads all players for Lasell with 12 assists.
  • Morgan Choquet has been the main goalie for Lasell, playing in all but seven minutes for the Lasers.  She has earned a 4-1 record, saved 46 shots, and allowed 53 goals.  She has a save percentage of 46.5%.
