Leonardos and Eddleston Garner All-Conference Honors

Senior Kallista Leonardos (El Granada, Calif.) and Sophomore Neely Eddleston (West Wareham, Mass.) both earned New England Women's And Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) Second-Team All-Conference Bids for their play in the 2019 Season.  Leonardos finished the season with a .319 average, eight home runs, 31 RBIs and 29 runs scored.  She had a .410 on base percentage and .580 slugging percentage.  Leonardos' eight homeruns were good for second in the conference and her 31 RBIs were sixth in the conference.  Defensively, Leonardos was first in fielding percentage in the 18 conference games played, not making an error.

Eddleston started 24 games for the Lions, finishing with a 13-10 record on the mound.  Eddleston struck out 57 batters, averaging 3.05 per game.  She pitched 131 innings, finishing with a 3.15 earned run average.  Her ERA dropped to 2.55 in conference games, where she appeared in 13.  She allowed a .291 batting average against, and finished the season with eight complete games.
